Site Usage
How do I print web pages from your site?
Many of the documents on the site have been specifically formatted for printing and we invite you to print data sheets, brochures, white papers, case studies and other documents that you may find useful in your work. Many of these documents are available in Adobe Acrobat Reader format and are best printed out in this format. If you do not wish to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader you can also print pages using the "Print" feature in your web browser.
Do I have to use Netscape or Internet Explorer?
Although this site is designed to be graphically appealing, you may view the site with graphics off or a non-graphical browser such as Opera. Descriptive text will be displayed where graphics would appear to make your experience more informative.
Why can't I open PDF Documents?
In order to open PDF documents you need to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader software installed. Also, some PDF documents require the newest version of Acrobat. You can download Acrobat Reader for FREE at Adobe's
site. For more information, visit Adobe's Top Technical Issues.
Why don't some RealNetworks Audio/Video play on my computer?
RealAudio and RealVideo streams on this site are encoded to play over a simple dial-up connection with enhanced play over a T1 or LAN. The faster your connection, the better the quality will be. While most Real media on this site will work with older versions of RealPlayer, these high-end streams require RealPlayer G2 or greater. We recommend downloading the newest version of RealPlayer. Be sure to check out RealNetworks'
Technical Support FAQ's for more information. If you have problems accessing a RealPlayer videostream, make sure your firewall is configured to receive Real Media by clicking
here.
