Drawings & Documentation

Determine the number of sets of sealed and the number of sets of unsealed approval drawings that are needed. The approval drawing section will not be available on production orders.

 

Approval Drawings are stamped "For Approval". One set will have to be returned to Manufacturer before the building can be released for fabrication.

 

Permit Drawings are stamped "For Permit", and customarily all permit drawings are sealed. Permit drawings will show member sizes.

 

Basic Level drawings include:

• Cover Sheet

• Anchor Bolt Plan

• Base Plate Details and Reactions

• Sidewall Framing & Sheeting

• Endwall Framing & Sheeting

• Cross Section

• Roof Framing Plan

• Standard Sheets for details as appropriate
