Parapet Walls
Parapet walls can be added to one or more walls. Parapet walls differ from mansards/facades in that parapet walls have no projection. The wall panels below the roofline continue past the eave line to a given elevation. Parapet walls include 14ga pre-galvanized parapet gutter when located on a sidewall (except at the high side of a Single-Slope or Lean-to building). Backsheets will be 26ga. Galvalume-Plus PBR panel.
NOTE: Parapet walls must begin and end at a column line.
Specify the length of the parapet wall and at what elevation it ends. Specify what wall it is located on, and at what distance from the LEFT corner it begins.
NOTE: Parapet elevation must exceed the sidewall height by 2'-0" if located on a sidewall. Parapet elevation must exceed the peak elevation by 6" if located on an endwall. MAXIMUM height above these locations is 6'-0".
