Partitions - Transverse

A transverse partition is one that runs parallel to the endwall.

NOTE: A transverse partition can only be priced running the full width of the building.

Indicate whether this partition will be functioning as an exterior wall.   For instance, if you have a transverse partition 25'-0" in from the left endwall, and you enter an"Open Wall" to remove the left endwall, the partition is now an exterior wall.

"Distance From"

Specify the distance from the left endwall at which the partition begins.   If the partition starts at the left endwall, you do not need to specify a"Distance From".

"Panel Type"&"Color"

Specify the panel type and color you wish to use on the partition you are entering.

"Options"

Specify all options you desire on this partition

Sheeting Both Sides - sheets both sides of the partition.   Both sides can be sheeted with a different panel type and color.

Delete Framing - omits all partition columns, girts, etc.   Sheeting, trim, and fasteners remain, unless omitted using other options.

Delete Girts - omits the girts only.   Partition columns, sheeting, trim, and fasteners remain, unless omitted using other options.

Delete Base Condition - omits the base channel at the partition.   No base member will be provided.

Delete Purlin Trim - omits the purlin trim from this partition.

Delete Screws - omits all fasteners from this partition.   This could be used if special screws are needed (i.e. wood screws, oversize screws).
