Walk Doors

Standard walk doors are wind rated up to 100 mph.  Walk doors cannot be approved above 100 mph.  Special walk doors without panic hardware can be purchased with wind ratings of 130 mpg and pre-assembled 150 mph 4070 and 6070.

 

Determine the quantity of each size of walk door. If the door is a double-leaf door (6070), indicate if both leaves are active or only one leaf is active. If one leaf only is active on a 6070 door, and head and foot bolts are included. An "M" door is a solid door, a "GL" door is a half glass door (Glazing by others) and a "NL" door has a narrow lite glass panel.

 

If desired, locate the door by indicating on which wall the door is located, and how far from the LEFT corner it begins.

Locating door will help engineering verify correct bracing location.

 

Note: If a knob lockset is necessary, please specify this in the Notes section of your contract.

 

Pre-Assembled Walk Doors are available as a special order item.
