CANOPIES & PURLIN EXTENSIONS

PRACTICAL & PLEASING

Canopies and purlin extensions are functional and aesthetically-pleasing options for your steel building. The two customizations offered by Heritage are not the same as a lean-to:

HERITAGE CANOPIES

A canopy is a projecting roof system that is supported and restrained at one end only. These roof overhangs can run the building length, width, or from column to column. Configurations can be from a 1 to 15 foot overhang with or without soffit. They can be located at or below the roof line.

HERITAGE PURLIN EXTENSIONS

A purlin extension is the projection of the roof beyond the plane of the end wall. They provide additional roof coverage for the area at the gable endwalls. The extension is available up to 10 feet, with or without soffit. They can be located at the roof line.
