A Heritage representative will review your information and contact you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
We look forward to working with you on your next steel building project.
Very simply put, buying direct from the manufacturer means you will receive the best price possible. Heritage Building Systems is the manufacturer; we are not a broker.
But it also gives you direct control of everything from the design of your steel building to coordinating the timely delivery of your materials, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation. When you buy a metal building from us, you will communicate directly with the team of experts who are estimating, designing and pricing your building. Because of this, we design our buildings with three goals: constructability, reliability and affordability.
We have also trained all of our staff to keep in mind that customers are often laymen. Your initial contact is with one of our seasoned Project Consultants. They will work with you to determine your specific needs and design the best steel building configuration to meet those needs, even if you are unsure of where to start. With our 39 years of experience assisting folks just like you, you can rest assured your personal Project Consultant will be with you every step of the way.
It doesn't stop there – once you have placed your building order, the other members of our staff get into the act. Your drawings are mailed out, your delivery schedule and bill of materials is sent to you, and the contact information for all of our customer service folks is given to you. When your building kit arrives on the job site, the team here at Heritage is ready to answer any questions you may have regarding the erection of your building.
Buying direct does not mean you must erect your building yourself.
Depending on the size and complexity of the job, the building may require minimal equipment and be quite easy to put up on your own. But construction isn't for everyone, and many of our customers hire a General Contractor to sub-contract out foundation, frame erection, sheeting, wiring, etc.
We do not provide referrals or recommendations for erectors for two reasons. Due to the fact that we sell buildings worldwide, we cannot feasibly maintain a current and accurate database of all of the erectors available, nor can we guarantee the quality of their work. If you do decide to turn over the erection of your building to a professional erector, it's best to ask around in your local area for a referral of someone who does quality work. The Better Business Bureau also has a search function by ZIP code, where you can search "contractor" and choose one of the options that populate. We recommend filtering the results to show only BBB Accredited businesses.
Whether you're a do-it-yourselfer, or plan to hire out 100% of the work, buying direct ensures you get the best price on your building possible.
